SYNOPSIS: In the sun-drenched countryside of southern France, CW lives a quiet, idyllic life with her girlfriend Diane, hiding a dark obsession with murder and stolen identities. During an anniversary getaway, they cross paths with Charlotte, a bold, alluring influencer whose curiosity quickly turns intrusive. When CW acts on a violent impulse, the consequences spiral out of control, and as Diane begins to suspect the truth, CW’s carefully constructed life threatens to collapse around her.

DIRECTOR’S BIO: Kurtis David Harder is a prolific filmmaker from Canada whose work has played across the world at such festivals as SXSW, Fantastic, Busan, Fantasia, Sitges, Rotterdam, among many others. As a producer he’s produced 16 films. Still/Born was awarded “The Scariest Film” at The Overlook Film Fest. What Keeps You Alive, which debuted at SXSW, was named one of the top 10 horror films of 2018 by Rolling Stone Magazine. In 2021, he directed Influencer which currently sits at 91% on Rotten Tomatoes and was included in Varieties best horror movies of 2023. His most recent producing credits include Superhost and V/H/S/94, the latter of which was Shudder’s most successful release at the time. He recently produced and directed a follow-up to Influencer and has several studio projects in development.
