Alex is a horror and comedy screenwriter from Liverpool, England. His previous work includes short drama PINEAPPLE. RHYME OR DIE, Alex’s second screenplay working with director Max r Lincoln, won BEST SCREENPLAY SHORT at the 2023 BIFA Qualifying Manchester Film Festival. The short is inspired by the cut-throat nature of creativity and told largely in rhyme. Alex has written for Greek television and on a range of media projects with Greek transmedia co- operative Cinergies, with whom he led an Erasmus funded TV Writers’ Room initiative in 2020. Alongside his writing work, Alex works in creative programming for the Albany, an award-winning theatre in South London.
