He later directed the feature documentary Tale of the American Dream, which was highlighted by Frame.io for its bold creative vision and dedication to telling immigrant stories during a global crisis. His latest project, Follow Me Home, is an original atmospheric horror proof-of-concept planned for release in 2026.

NEWBORN has been officially selected by over twenty film festivals including the Academy Award Qualifying Bermuda International Film Festival and was awarded $40,000 as the National Grand Prize Winner of CBC’s Short Film Face Off. Ray’s latest short film, FRIENDS LIKE US, premiered at the Fantasia International Film Festival and is a tense dark comedy exploring fan culture and obsession.
