She has directed eight short films in the last three years. Most recently she shot No Overnight Parking, a horror proof of concept starring Alyssa Milano, which was selected for K. Period Media/Blumhouse’s Inaugural “Screamwriting” Lab in March 2023.
Her short films have been included in some of the world’s top genre fests including Fantastic Fest, Brooklyn Horror Fest, Scream Fest, FrightFest UK, Nightmares Film Festival, Etheria Film Night and Film Quest. She was selected for the Ryan Murphy Half Initiative Director Shadowing Program and shadowed on 911: Lone Star in November 2022 – at nine months pregnant. She is repped by Echo Lake Entertainment.

He is a graduate of NYU’s Sight & Sound Filmmaking Program and has taught and directed in NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and The Atlantic Theater Company Acting School.

Chloe’s expressionist short Pink Reef (2022) premiered at the Oscar-qualifying 70th Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF), has exhibited at the Powerhouse Museum and has been curated by ACMI at the BFI Southbank in London, as part of the You Beauties: New Australian Cinema programme in February 2023. Chloe is a 2022 alumni of the prestigious MIFF Accelerator Lab. Chloe was recently selected for Playlab Films 2023 Apichatpong Weerathesakul Creators Lab taking place in Yucatán, Mexico.
Keep It Up, her music video for artist Sonny Grin, which she wrote, directed and choreographed received ‘Best Direction’ from the Australian Directors Guild and the Clipped Music Video Awards. Chloe has directed music videos for an international slate of artists, which have gained international features and Best Video by Rolling Stone. In 2022, Chloe undertook a Screen Australia sponsored Director’s Attachment with Tony Krawitz on ABC limited series Significant Others. Currently, Chloe is in development on a variety of narrative and experimental projects. Chloe is a graduate of the Australian Film Television and Radio School and the University of Technology.

In 2013 Rosenthal launched a geek-oriented YouTube channel which hosted several of his viral fan-films, parodies and assorted shorts to the combined tune of more than 20 million views.
In 2019, he was awarded BEST FLORIDA FILM for his short, “Fever”, at iHorror Film Festival, BEST TRAILER for “The Last Blockbuster” at 2020’s HORRORHAUS FILM FESTIVAL, and most recently BEST FLORIDA FILM for “POV” at 2023’s POPCORN FRIGHTS FILM FESTIAL. Rosenthal is currently developing several projects, including a feature adaptation of POV.
