SYNOPSIS: An action-adventure set in the retro-futuristic world of Esluna. After her mentor is abducted by a renegade monk, a relic hunter and her crew must find the Crown of Babylon, an ancient artifact rumoured to have the power to bring back the dead.

DIRECTOR’S BIO: Originally from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Denver Jackson is a self-taught animator and visual effects artist who got his start making films in high school before emigrating to Canada with his parents. As a filmmaker, he leans heavily on the fantastical while still being grounded by real world characters and situations. For ESLUNA: THE CROWN OF BABYLON, Denver pioneered his own technique of applying hand-drawn 2D over 3D animation, allowing him to animate his debut feature entirely on his own.
