DIRECTOR’S BIO: Barrett Burgin is an award-winning writer, director, and producer. He is best known for his films The Next Door (2016), Father of Man (2019), and most recently CRYO (2022). Burgin has a proclivity for psychological thrillers and science fiction films, but often devotes special interest to the synthesization of religious mythos and cinema. He has also written extensively about the intersections between videogames, ritual, new media, the afterlife, immortality, and technology.
