MISSION STATEMENT
FilmQuest is a festival of the Fantastic founded by filmmakers, for filmmakers. It is our goal to bring you an experience unlike any other that not only rewards but advances your career as a filmmaker and an artist. It is our hope that FilmQuest helps to lay a foundation for new and upcoming filmmakers, furthers the careers of more established professionals, inspires its patrons, and can be a home for filmmakers for years to come.
ESTABLISHED IN 2014
FilmQuest begins its journey by aiming high, as it lays down strong foundations in looking towards creating the greatest Fantastic film festival in the world. As the film festival branch of the newly founded FantasyCon, FilmQuest is immediately given opportunity to have access to the best genre artists, performers, filmmakers, and writers in the world.
First Edition: 30 June – 5 July, 2014 in Salt Lake City.
