FILM FREEWAY SUBMISSION
FilmQuest highly recommends you submit your film though the new film submission system at FilmFreeway (www.filmfreeway.com). This services provides you a much deeper discount only our submission than you would via our own online submission system. Through FilmFreeway, unlike other services, you can submit HD screeners. The only exceptions to submission are if you are participating in the FilmQuest Express, Utah Film School Shorts, and/or the Utah High School Shorts Competitions.
WITHOUTABOX SUBMISSIONS
FilmQuest highly recommends you submit your film through Withoutabox (www.withoutabox.com). This service provides you a much deeper discount on your submission than you would through submitting your film via our own online submission system. The only exceptions are if you are participating in the FIlmQuest Express, Utah Film School Shorts, and/or Utah High School Shorts Competitions.

We will contact you regarding fees soon as we are still setting up our online pay & submission service. However, we strongly recommend submitting through Withoutabox for a discounted rate and ease of service.
SUBMISSION FORMATS
FilmQuest only accepts DCP, Blu-ray, DVD, and .MOV files for submissions and screenings. We will not be able to screen HDCam’s. It is our goal to be as eco-friendly as possible with our festival.
FilmQuest will provide a dropbox for film uploads, or you can also provide us with a private link to your screener by which we can download and/or watch your film digitally. We will ONLY be screening films digitally, with the exception being submitted Blu-rays and DVDs.

FilmQuest Express Entry Fee –
• Team Payment Due (16 June, 2014) – Regular Price: $50
• Teams can pay the day competition starts, but must register via FilmQuest website beforehand
• Teams outside of Utah must register via the FilmQuest website before the competition begins
Utah Film School Shorts and Utah High School Shorts Competitions –
• There is no fee
• Teams must register via the FilmQuest website before the 1st of June, 2014
• Films are due no later than the 5th of June, 2014
