SYNOPSIS: A young woman follows a mysterious melody to a remote tidal island. When she crosses back at the next low tide, she emerges into a world where 25 years have passed. But she soon finds she didn’t return alone, as threatening sightings of long-dead strangers crack open a mystery spanning centuries.

DIRECTOR’S BIO: An Emmy Award-winning editor, Andrews’ recent projects include the series Julie and the Phantoms (2020); the Sundance-debuting horror film Summer of ’84 (2018); and the upcoming Bron animated series Fables (2023). As director, his short films have screened at festivals including Sydney, Tribeca and Durban, winning the 20th Warner Roadshow Studios Queensland New Filmmakers Award and a nomination for the Tribeca Film Festival’s Student Visionary Award. His acclaimed photojournalism has taken him forty countries, including Afghanistan and North Korea, for publications as diverse as TIME, Foreign Policy and BBC World News.
Holmes has made his name producing on films including Anthem of a Teenage Prophet (2019); Distorted (2018); The Humanity Bureau (2018), starring Nicolas Cage; and The Recall (2017), starring Wesley Snipes. Holmes recently made his feature documentary directorial debut with Dolph (2023), an upcoming biographical documentary about action star Dolph Lundgren.
