DIRECTOR’S / FILMMAKER’S BIO: Trevor Dillon and Ian Hock are a SoCal based team of writer/directors. After meeting in college, they formed a filmmaking partnership under the title of Ghost Party Pictures. Through the self-funding and creation of multiple shorts, they’ve experimented with stories and styles across multiple genres, most particularly horror. Stay tuned as Dillon and Hock expand the “Foxwood” story while developing exciting new horror projects they have up their sleeves.

DIRECTOR’S / FILMMAKER’S BIO: Richard Powell is a Canadian Writer/Director who’s short film’s have screened at over one hundred international film festivals earning dozens of awards and several hundred rave reviews. In 2007 Richard founded Fatal Pictures’s with film school friend turned partner Zach Green. Together they have produced five short films including the upcoming HANG UP! set for release this summer. Richard has recently entered early pre-production on FAMILIAR, his feature film debut based on the horror short of the same name.

SYNOPSIS: Riley, a young girl obsessed with insects, who unable to accept the death of her mother decides to preserve her in a bathtub of honey. The film focuses on love, loss and friendship and how these three themes are closely intertwined. After losing both of her parents, Riley has a fear of being alone but, through Mia, learns that she is not quite as alone as she thought.

The film also won Humanitarian Awards at the Phoenix and Rhode Island International Film Festivals. This is where a love for stories, and the escape they provide, began to grow. For the past ten years, he has travelled the world collecting stories and characters for the films he creates.

DIRECTOR’S / FILMMAKER’S BIO: Scott O’Hara was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area where he was introduced to filmmaking at a very young age. Shooting movies on his parent’s 8mm camera, Scott developed a love for classic monster films and creature features which broadened his understanding of what was possible in the world of cinema. In 2006 Scott received his B.A. in Political Science from St. Mary’s College of California. During this time he continued taking classes at the Academy of Art University as well as the Film Arts Foundation in San Francisco.
